This set has been given its own page on this site purely because space had run out on the 'Other Early -2000s Spurs Cards' page.

 

This set however is a particularly interesting one as it is the only Tottenham Hotspur card series I am aware of anywhere that illustrates eight characters from the club's history with cards depicting the following managers:

 

Frank Brettell, Fred Kirkham, Peter McWilliam, Percy Smith, Jack Tresadern, Arthur Turner, Joe Hulme & Christian Gross.

 

Of the other managers in the series, many are only shown on a single other card or maybe on only a couple of other cards so depictions from this set are therefore particularly rare.

 

For that reason, although this set should not really be displayed as such, I am happy to have it depicted on a page of its own.
