Philip Neill is a card producer of various topics but the mainstay are nostalgic football cards with Tottenham Hotspur subjects appearing in a fair number of the previous and ongoing issues.

What I like about these series is that, with just a few exceptions, the cards are all of the original cigarette 'standard' size that harks back to the earlier days of  football cards (where the modern fashion is for larger 'trade card' size issues).

I have now given Philip Neil Cards their own page as it frees up space in a number of other pages while, in their own right,  the number of issues is just about large enough to merit their own separate inclusion on this site with the continuing creation of new sets meaning that this number will only continue to grow.
